Maintenance starts with windows!

So you are 100% determined to start renewing your house or flat and nothing can stop you from a complex maintenance though you only thought of changing wallpaper in the living-room from the very beginning... The desire to make a house look nice and for sure to differ from your neighbours' one can drive you really mad. You begin calculation the sum of money necessary for re planning and rebuilding. But...wait! Just stop for a second and think over the actual necessity of this? May be your maintenance can be carried out with mush less sacrifice?

Anyway, if you have already started composing a to-do plan of your house maintenance I just can give you one small advice. You will definitely thank me after all. You need to start with global things like doors and windows replacement as this should be done in the first turn - you won't be able to install doors without much destruction when you repaper a room and replace your furniture. Moreover, if you think that to install doors and especially windows is a simple activity - you are completely wrong. You are to choose the windows and doors that you need to install from a wide range of them available in the stock: entry doors, sliding doors and French doors, bifold doors and etc. The same thing is with the windows and here the process of choosing can really drive you mad: horizontal slider windows, sing/double hung windows, casement windows, bay and bow windows, European windows and so on and so fourth.
